Good Job Zhaozhao, the design of hand washing bottle is really helped for one hand user. i am justing thinking may be you can enlarge the cap area to easy to press, and the emboss of the bottle should be larger maybe?
The design shape can help users use the product by one hand. It could be better to consider the size of the bottle and dispenser. On the poster the dispenser might be oversize compared with the body size.The bottle could be improved to allow users to get the hand wash liquid in any direction.
The idea of the design is great which target for one hand user. And the shape looks great. Maybe u could offest the surface part more depper which more easy for user to hold it. And size up the bottle seems more reasonable.

You just design a good product for whom cannot use both two hands at the same time. And you really considered about what situation for those user they experienced and what inconvenient they gain. My suggestion is design the grip with Australian standard hand size, and you should think about how to place the bottle and not easily moved, because users may hard to pick up the bottle on the floor by one hand.
